Nailed...

I'm obsessed with nails. Nail polish, nail effects, gel nails, just nails.

Nails Inc and OPI are firm favourites of mine when it comes to colours and overall quality.

I managed to pick up some bargains this week to add to my already extensive collection...

OPI Step Right Up!

OPI So Many Clowns... So Little Time...

OPI Moon Over Mumbai

OPI Pink Shatter

The OPI polishes were being sold off for a local childrens charity at £1.00 a pop!!! I couldn't resist buying them all... well, it is for a good cause! I would have bought more if other colours were available, I do like a good natural polish but you can never have enough nail polishes can you?!

Nails Inc Lucky Dip - 7 full size polishes only £18!

What better way to celebrate pay day that with 6 full size polishes and a full size top or base coat all for only £18? Worth £78, these 7 products will be displayed in a beautiful polka dot gift box. Your Lucky Dip products will be chosen at random making this collection an irresistible surprise!

Terms and conditions
* The Lucky Dip is valid on Friday 24TH February 2012 until midnight only while stocks last. The Lucky Dip includes 6 full size (10ml) nail polishes selected at random and 1 x full size top or base coat also selected at random. The Lucky Dip is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or free gift offer.

There was a right hoo-ha on the Nails Inc facebook page over this deal, apparently it was supposed to be on Thursday but the Nails Inc website crashed due to the mad rush that ensued after the deal was announced! I had a gander yesterday and lo and behold the offer had been extended! I'm really excited to receive my lucky dip, hopefully I'll have a decent selection of colours!

I'll post again when I've received my order to show off my new buys!

I spy, I buy...

I really don't know where this month has gone. It seems to have flown by!

I haven't blogged as much as I'd hoped (sorry), but I have had time to spy a few bargains...

Here are a couple of cheeky little purchases I've made this month, all from the Top Of The Shops of course... ;-)

£25.00 TOPSHOP
You may remember from my previous posts about how much I have coveted this dress. I am now the proud owner of it in the black (above) and oyster colour. I managed to obtain the oyster one for a bargainous £9.99 on eBay!!! I am still searching for it in the oxblood colour, fingers crossed I will stumble across it soon!

£15.00 TOPSHOP
I saw these boots a while back and was unsure about them, umming and ahhing as I generally do then they sold out. I managed to grab the last pair in a size 7 in the online sale today and can't wait to try them! I've seen a few "celebs" (ahem) such as Lauren Goodger and Natasha Giggs sporting them in the press this week so thought I'd give them a go.

£10.00 TOPSHOP
Again, not sure how these will look when they arrive but I was thinking heels, loose tee with statement necklace and nice big clutch and away we go! We'll see...

£30.00 TOPSHOP
You can't go wrong with a nice patent pair of platforms, love these SWAGGER heels in the burgundy colour. Was going to buy them in black but went for the ones below instead...

£5.00 TOPSHOP
Errrm, trousers. Yup. Bargain workwear.

£15.00 TOPSHOP
These "GLAM" heels are pretty classic and timeless. Perfect for work.

£12.00 TOPSHOP
This is my "thinspiration" top. I'm currently trying to get fit and tone up for when Spring/Summer arrives and this is what I'm planning on wearing when my stomach resembles Jodie Marsh's... #wishfulthinking

Let me know what you think and if you managed to get any bargains in the sales!
I do love a good bargain :-)

Much Love

January Boots...

I have purchased THE best pair of boots ever.

Now, I do love a good pair of ankle boots, and was lucky enough to find these gorgeous boys on eBay...

I paid £17.00 for these. No jokes.

They are soo so comfy and I love the tan colour. Perfect for the transitional seasons.

TOPSHOP UK ALDGATE TAN CHELSEA BOOT

RRP £65.00

As you may or may not be aware, I was on the hunt for the Allegra boots before Christmas. Bloody nightmare. Anyway, I searched that hard for them that I found the exact replica of them on eBay for a snippet of the price at £30.00!!!

They are by a brand called Daisy Street and they have an online shop and eBay shop.

Well worth a look if you're browsing for a bargain.

I managed to get my boyfriend to buy these for me for Christmas which was an even better result!

Whilst I'm on the subject of Christmas, I've taken a couple of snaps over the holidays of things I've received as gifts from my lovely kind family and friends and just a few random bits...

Hope you have a fab 2012...

Play with me...

I have had an epiphany this last week.

I've kinda fallen out of love with dresses and am now an avid fan of playsuits.

I've decided playsuits are the way forward, for the following reasons:

1. They are comfortable - providing you're not over 5'10" ouuuchhh!!! ;-)
2. You can get out of a car any which way you like without the worry of flashing your tuppence.
3. You can wear them over tights in winter and bare legged in the heat of the summer... ahem.
4. They are very flattering on most figures.
5. I just like playsuits.

I've come across some super ones from ASOS.com which I am coveting right now.

Rare Playsuit In Velvet

Was £50.00 NOW £32.50

ASOS Jeweled Playsuit

Was £45.00 NOW £27.00

Pop on some suspender or sparkly tights and off we go!!!

Nude Plain Suspender Tights

Oh, wait, I forgot to say I found the perfect pair of playsuit boots too!

Party on...

I have a few "soirees" to attend this festive season so have been on the lookout for a knock-out party dress to see me through to the new year.

However, I have been surprisingly underwhelmed with my finds.

Topshop (ALL HAIL TOPSHOP) is my usual one stop shop, yet the guys there have let me down massively this season on the party frock front.

Here is my pick of the best of the bunch:

All dresses available from Topshop.com
Priced from £38.00-£200.00

Saying that, I have come across this little gem, which I fell in love with at first sight, but I have been unable to pin it down in any Topshop stores and it is sold out online.

My favourite is the burgundy, I just love it!!!

Glitter Spot Velvet Dress

3/4 sleeve glitter spot velvet dress with a full skirt in black. 34in/86cm. 92% Polyester,8% Elastane. Machine washable.
Price: £46.00

Sooo... at the moment I don't have a new dress to wear at all this party season so will be reacquainting myself an old faithful me thinks...

I love Ashley Olsen's style.

She always looks so effortlessly beautiful and stylish.
